Gray Space Living: Client Agreement & Terms of Service

This document outlines the terms for all intuitive services offered through Gray Space Living, including the Texting Hotline, private 1-on-1 readings, public TikTok Live readings, the "Bridging Within" group sessions, and "The Gray Space Deep Dive" coaching program. My goal is to create a unique, personalized, and empowering space for you to get insights and connect with your own inner wisdom.

What You Can Expect From All Services:

 * Personalized Insights: Every interaction is tailored to your unique energy and journey. My role is to act as a clear conduit for you.

 * A "Bridge" to Your Higher Self: I will not tell you what to do or predict a fixed future. My purpose is to use my intuition to connect you back to your own inner truth, empowering you to see your own path more clearly.

 * A Safe & Respectful Container: All our interactions will be held in a space of non-judgment, compassion, and mutual respect.

Our Offerings:

 * Texting Hotline: A quick, text-based chat for peer-level intuitive guidance on a specific question or feeling.

 * 1-on-1 Intuitive Reading: A private, in-depth session (via Google Meet) focused on exploring your questions and energy without the use of external tools like cards.

 * "Bridging Within" Group Sessions: A sacred, live group event (like group therapy) co-hosted with my partner, focused on community connection and shared growth.

 * "The Gray Space Deep Dive" Coaching Program: A multi-session, one-on-one mentorship journey using the GSL workbook and intuitive guidance to facilitate deep, personal transformation.

 * Refund Policy: Due to the energetic and time-based nature of these immediate, personalized services, all payments are final and non-refundable once a session or service has been delivered.

 * Your Privacy & Consent for Public Sessions:

   * All private services (texting hotline, private readings, coaching) are kept confidential.

   * For any service you book that is explicitly conducted Live on TikTok, you acknowledge that the session is public and consent to your reading being broadcast. While we maintain a sacred space, the nature of a live broadcast means it is not private.

 * Right to Refuse/End Service: I reserve the right to refuse or end any session if the conversation becomes inappropriate, requests professional advice I am not qualified to provide, or does not align with the respectful spirit of Gray Space Living.
